We are a family owned business and have been in the Glatt Kosher Restaurant, Catering, Butcher shop business for over 30 years. We own several Butcher shops within NY & NJ. We receive fresh, not frozen meat & poultry daily from our own Butcher shop located in Deal, NJ.
