At Modern Bread and Bagel, brunch is not just for the weekend. Guests can now enjoy mouth-watering, fast casual brunches, minus the gluten. House smoked salmon as well as a variety of unique cream cheeses and dips complement our kettle boiled Ancient Grain Bagels. Our all-day menu features creative brunch items including BYO and chef curated fresh bagel sandwiches, a variety of avocado toasts, breakfast grilled cheese, craft salads and hearty boWe do as much as we can in house, squeezing our own juice, blending our own teas and baking all bakery items on site daily.
