One part freshness, one part creativity and a sprinkle of “modern” allows us to bring to you the elevated recipes that have shaped our menu since the restaurant’s inception.Our Matzoh Ball Soup AKA “Jewish Penicillin”, Salmon piccata and more have received critical acclaim and have fast become some of our most recognized Signature dishes.Let us pique your curiosity and satisfy your senses today!Alexandra EmtsovaAs the owner and operator of Burnt Offerings Restaurant, Alexandra is bringing the unique flavors and culture of a Yiddish cuisine driven menu (100% Kosher) to Las Vegas.In her Previous role as a Portfolio Manager of the luxury spirits industry for the World’s largest purveyor of luxury goods, Alexandra almost exclusively focused on and supported top rated fine dining establishments including several Michelin rated restaurants. This exposure became the catalyst for opening Burnt Offerings restaurant where Alexandra now could showcase her unique menu and her drive to elevate Kosher certified Yiddish cuisine to the next level.
“Managing a household and a successful Kosher restaurant at the same time has its challenges” readily admits Alexandra.Most evenings you will find Alexandra greeting & socializing with her guests at the restaurant. When Alexandra is not at the restaurant, she likes to spend her “spare” time at home with her husband and two children.
