The team is under the direction of the hotel's master Chef, Chef Charis Phillippou, who has vast experience in fine dining, and was a member of the Cypriot team that took the Silver in the Culinary Olympics. Working with Chef Phillippou will be our team of chefs from Israel and abroad. Our Pastry Chef and team are renowned for their masterful and delightful creations.

"‹All of the food is cooked fresh daily in our dedicated kosher kitchen and pastry shop, and served in our private dining room. We also have the exclusive use of the outdoor beach view terrace, where you can enjoy your breakfast and dinners, overlooking the beautiful vistas of Coral Bay.

We will do our best to accommodate any and all food requests that you might have i.e. gluten free, vegetarian etc.
