The kitchen's entire staff is under the strict supervision of the Montreal KSR (Chief Rabbi David Sabbah). All meat is Mehadrin and the Mashgichim (supervisors) remain in the kitchen at all times and light all fires.
We serve absolutely no Gebroks, rice, or any form of Kiniot whatsoever. All dairy products are Cholov Ysroel.
Unique to Sivan Tours is the ability to prepare the finest french Glatt kosher cuisine under strict supervision. Our master chefs specialize in nutritious, well balanced, and beautifully prepared and presented meals.
Sedarim: All seders will be semi-private family style and will take place in 3 separate dining rooms.
