Delight your palate with the exquisite gourmet cuisine and healthy choices for which our team of international chefs enjoys much acclaim. You will experience innovative cuisine, fresh modern menus, and themed evenings.
Executive Chef Arik Porat was the Former Executive Chef of the Dan Accadia Hotel for many years and established his international reputation. Today he is proprietor of Switzerlands finest and most popular kosher Schalom Catering. Our Pesach program Catering will be headed by Arik and his team where you will delight your palate with exquisite gourmet Glatt Kosher Cuisine prepared by his first-class team of top-quality Chefs and Pastry team. The entire Hotel will be Kosher: Glatt Mehadrin, No Kitniyot, Non-Gebrochts (gluten free) under the Supervision of Rabbi Nechemia Rottenberg of Vienna. Avi Steinitz started his career at the Dan Hotels as then as Head Chef in the most exclusive hotels in Israel: The King David Hotel, the Dan Tel Aviv Hotel, and the Dan Eilat Hotel. Simultaneously, he acquired international experience in the kitchens of the world's most prominent hotels and restaurants, including chef Marc Vera’s three Michelin stars 'L'Auberge de l'Eridan' restaurant in Annecy, Francce, The Ritz Carlton in Boston, Plaza hotel in New York, and the Kempinski hotel chain in Germany. Avi then planned and managed the two-leading banquet / event centers in Israel: "Avenue" Airport
City and "Lago" Rishon Le Zion. With a capacity of up to 5,000 guests. Since 2017, Avi is Culinary Director of the Dan Gourmet Campus in Tel Aviv.
FOUR SEDER OPTIONS
Option 1: Private Seder: Limited private dinning rooms available for min.10-50 guests at $100 per person.
Option 2: Semi Private Seder: In dining room with other families conducting own Seder separated with partition at $50 per person.
Option 3: Ashkenaz / Sephardi Communal Seder: Led in English and held in a separate area. The Seder will be conducted cohesively, with communal singing.
Option 4: Family Seder: Each family group will be assigned own table in the Main dining room and conduct their own Seder at their desired pace.
