Description
The NH Amsterdam Zuid is one of the Kosher hotels in Amsterdam which is located in the heart of the Jewish area. Therefore this hotel welcomes many Jewish guests all year round.
The Holiday Inn Express Amsterdam – South is also providing rooms for Shabat that can be opened with a regular (non-electric) room key. In addition, the hotel also offers Jewish guests a Shabat lamp which can be placed in the room during Shabbat. This makes it possible to turn on the light in the room during Shabat, without using electricity.
During Shabbat, the hotel also provides their Jewish guests a hot kettle for coffee and tea downstairs in the main lobby. They also offers the possibility to warm up Shabbat meals.

The hotel offers a daily Kosher buffet breakfast that is included in the price. It’s available every morning without a reservation. The Kosher breakfast consists fresh fruit, variety of cereals, bread, crackers, cheese, hard boiled eggs, Chalav Yisroel milk and yoghurts.
The breakfast is Kosher le Mehadrin under the supervision of the Rabbinate of Amsterdam.
